This scroll sawn Victorian Ice Skate has a silhouette of a man pulling a child on a toboggan. It is made out of cherry wood and is mounted on a walnut wood backer. It has a saw tooth hanger for mounting on a wall. This piece has nostalgia written all over it. It represents the love between a parent and a child out having fun together.
This piece measures 8" wide and is 7 1/2" high. Both the cherry wood and the walnut wood are about 1/4" thick. It is finished with Danish oil wood finish. this finish provides a beautiful non glare finish that excentuates the wood grain.
