This squirrel with leaf and acorns was scroll sawn from cherry wood. It was placed on a solid walnut backer with a saw tooth hanger so you can mount it on a wall. This piece conjures up thoughts of the great outdoors, a trip to the park or a walk in the fall woods. This cute little guy will bring back fond memories each time you see it.
The piece measures 7" wide and 5 1/2" high. Both the cherry and walnut are each about 1/4" thick. It is finished with Danish oil wood finish which brings out the natural color ang grain of the woods.
